We’d like to officially welcome everyone back to the new home of Chicago Photobloggers. We launched the site about a month ago and then ran into a few weeks of nonstop work which made if hard to update the site. Now that the dust has settled and work has slowed down a bit, we’re here welcoming everyone back.

We currently have 2 admins, Vallen and John, but we’re looking for more people to contribute to the site. We’ve had some people interested and we want as many people as possible to help out with the site and the community.

• If you’re a photoblogger in the area, send us the name of your photoblog and URL so that we can add it to the blogroll.

• Join the flickr group. We have a flickr group to share photos among each other. The photos are also simultaneously posted on the site here. The flickr group can be found here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/chicagophotoblogger/

• Send us a news story. Actually it doesn’t have to be news, it can be an event, a photography class, a meetup you’d like to schedule, or anything that you think the community may be interested in. We can also set you up with login credentials so you can be a permanent author on the blog.
